Automatically remove filler words from auto generations

For the initial auto-edits by SwitchFrame, automatically remove common filler words (e.g., um, uh, like) and word gaps based on the transcript.

When transcript-based manual editing is enabled, give users the options to add these "back" by un-striking out the text, similar to Descript.
