Customize prompt for each individual Single-Step Campaign

When a Single Step campaign, require the user to provide text inputs for both the Description AND the Instructions, that will override the default single-step framework.

When taking this route, ensure no additional 'One-Take' frameworks are generated for every new collection link or campaign, and rather just overriding the default one. If this is their first single-step campaign, a default framework will be created.

They can still create separate custom User Frameworks to use if they want to have a template for different single-step framework in the future.
